With over 25 years in the medical recruiting industry and over 18 years of experience with Advanced Practitioners (not to mention over 13 years at Concorde Staff Source), I have a lot of experience to offer to our clients and healthcare providers. This experience sets me and Concorde apart from other recruiters and firms as it allows me to ask the nuanced questions that really help find the “right fit”.
I often hear from my clients that I have a better grasp of what they’re looking for than our competitors. I have what many call a “tenacious” approach to what I do.

While there are many challenges to finding a truly great fit between our clients and healthcare providers, something as simple as coordinating schedules for an interview can seem like an unattainable event. This is just one example of many where I use tenacity in my approach to deliver superior results, ensuring that the seemingly unattainable is attained.
